The Humor Activist.

The Humor Activist, is a Division of Comedy Playground LLC, where Spies has been honing this craft since 2002. She emphasizes “I don’t teach people how to be funny, I encourage them how to share their own voices, through the platform of humor.” Humor helps people to be more open, and more connected with each other and their team. “It can be especially challenging to create a sense of cohesion and teamwork when you have employees from different cultures, different backgrounds, and different languages working together,” Susanna explains. “I’ve found that helping each individual find their own unique voice, and getting everyone to laugh together, is a powerful tool that has lasting benefits—both to the individuals, and to their entire team.”
